Residence Halls

Every residence hall on campus is equipped with a CaseOneCard access reader. Students use their CaseOneCards to gain entry to their residence hall 24 hours a day. Residence Hall access is granted by the housing office.

Academic Buildings

All other access to any other facility is granted on an individual basis through the department(s) within the facility. To receive authorization to a particular facility or room, the department responsible for the area must request access be added to your ID card. Each area or department has one or more "Card Access Coordinators" who will make a written request to have access added to your card. Cards are usually activated within 24 hours after Access Services has received the request.

Note: Requests for access to the Health Science Complex are processed by the Facilities & Services
