Whether you are inquiring about a CaseCash balance, reporting a lost card or just have a question about your account, you can stop by the Access Services office Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Access Services is the Card Office for CWRU. Access Services issues ID cards and keys, sells parking permits and entertainment tickets, assists with deposits to a CaseCash account, and distributes RTA passes to students and staff members.

You can check your account balances by swiping your card at a Value Transfer Station. They are located at Wade Commons and the Thwing Center.

You can also use the Online Card Office to check balances, make deposits, and view your transaction history. Just click on the My Account link.
